A main goal of ours is to promote self-care. In today’s society we are ALWAYS on our phones. Having a physical journal allows you to practice self-care away from technology simply by using the journal itself. We also wanted the journals to be highly customizable, this way you can use colourful ink, drawings, and photos to make each journal as unique as yourself!

Each Wellness Side-Kick (journal) is 4×6 and each bundle includes three Wellness Side-Kicks and one feature booklet.

WHERE ARE YOUR JOURNALS MADE?

Our company is based out of B.C, Canada. We have chosen to remain local and have our journals printed in B.C rather than outsourcing from third world countries, which is reflected in our higher production cost.

WHY IS EACH JOURNAL ONLY 31 DAYS?

We want these journals to be light and small enough to fit in your purse hassle free! These journals are packed full of so many tools that a 52 week journal would be 720 pages! Instead of compromising on content, we decided to seperate them into individual months. We also want you to be be able to create new intentions and start fresh EACH month. It’s always exciting starting something new and we encourage ever evolving self-growth, which means that these journals need to reflect that!

WHY DO YOU ONLY LAUNCH YOUR JOURNALS SEASONALLY?

We pride ourselves on delivering unique feature booklets each time we launch the journal bundles, which means repeat customers can get just as excited as first timers! Each season we partner with fresh faces to deliver unique and exciting content. We bring in limited stock, once we are sold out of this season’s bundle you have to wait until our next launch or pre-order for next season!

We are VERY active on our Instagram account (below) posting daily and creating video content on our stories to keep you motivated, inspired and on track with your journal! We also post videos to our FaceBook page so that our audience can interact! In the future we hope to create YouTube content that will include: journal themes, monthly intention ideas, tips & tricks, recipes, workouts and more!
